Ways to contact SpinBob
Support is kept simple: three channels, all reached from the desktop or mobile site. Our guide doesn’t list a phone number or email address because SpinBob UK support runs through these channels, so be wary of any number you see elsewhere claiming to be SpinBob.
| Channel | Where to find it | Hours | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Chat bubble on every page, desktop and mobile | 24/7 | Login locks, deposits, bonus questions, anything urgent |
| Help Centre email ticket | Contact form in the Help Centre | Submit any time | Documents, detailed account questions, formal complaints |
| Help Centre articles | Help link in the footer and menu | Always available | Quick answers on payments, bonuses, verification and safer gambling |

24/7 live chat
Live chat is the fastest route to a person. Tap the chat bubble, answer a couple of quick questions from the assistant, then ask for an agent. If you are logged in, the agent can see your account straight away, which speeds things up. You can request a transcript at the end of the chat, and our guide recommends you do for anything involving money.
Help Centre email ticket
For longer questions, use the contact form in the Help Centre. Pick a category (account, payments, bonuses, verification, complaints), describe the issue and attach screenshots or documents. You get a ticket reference by email, and replies usually arrive within 24 hours. Keep that reference: it’s your paper trail if you need to escalate.
Help Centre articles
The Help Centre has searchable articles on deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification and safer-gambling tools. Many questions are answered faster there than by waiting for an agent. Our own SpinBob FAQ hub also covers the most common questions in plain English.
What to prepare before you contact support
A few minutes of preparation saves a lot of back-and-forth:
- Your registered email address, so the agent can find your account.
- What happened and when, with the date and approximate time (UK time).
- Transaction details for payment issues: amount, method, and any reference from your bank or e-wallet.
- Game details for disputed results: game name, stake and the round or spin ID from the game history.
- Screenshots of error messages.
- Documents if verification is involved: photo ID, proof of address dated within 3 months, proof of payment.
Never share your password or full card number with anyone, including support. For card photos, cover the middle 8 digits.
Response times
| Request | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Live chat, connect to an agent | Usually within a few minutes |
| Help Centre email ticket | Reply usually within 24 hours |
| Verification documents (KYC) review | Usually 24–48 hours |
| Withdrawal internal processing | Up to 24 hours (longer on a first withdrawal while KYC completes) |
| Formal complaint, final response | Within 8 weeks under UKGC rules |
Before you contact support about a common issue, check our troubleshooting guides: withdrawal problems, login problems and account blocked. They often have the answer.
Which channel for which problem?
Picking the right route first saves time. Here is how our guide would handle the most common SpinBob issues:
| Problem | Best channel | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Locked out of your account | Live chat | Agents can confirm your identity and unlock it on the spot |
| Deposit not showing | Live chat | Payment teams can trace the transaction while you wait |
| Withdrawal pending longer than 24 hours | Live chat, then email ticket | Chat checks the status; a ticket creates a written record |
| Verification documents rejected | Email ticket | You can attach clearer copies and get a written reason |
| Bonus not credited | Live chat | Missing opt-ins can often be fixed straight away |
| Disputed game result | Email ticket | Include the round ID so the provider can check the log |
| Setting limits or a time-out | Account → Safer Gambling | Do it yourself instantly; chat can help if you get stuck |
| Formal complaint | Email ticket | Gives you a reference number for any IBAS referral |
The complaints process
If a problem isn’t resolved through normal support, you can make a formal complaint. UK rules set out a clear path:
- Raise it with the operator. Use live chat or the Help Centre form and say clearly that you want to make a formal complaint. Include all the details listed above.
- Get a reference. Ask for the complaint reference number and keep copies of every message.
- Wait for the final response. SpinBob must send a final response within 8 weeks under UK Gambling Commission rules. Most complaints are settled much sooner.
- Escalate to IBAS. If you are unhappy with the final response, or 8 weeks pass without one, refer the dispute to IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (ibas-uk.com). IBAS is a free alternative dispute resolution service.
- Accept or reject the IBAS outcome. IBAS decisions are binding on the operator if you accept them.
💡 Check the licence
UK-facing casinos must hold a UK Gambling Commission licence — check the licence details in SpinBob’s site footer against the Commission’s public register before you deposit. The Commission (gamblingcommission.gov.uk) doesn’t settle individual disputes, but it does want to hear about operators breaking the rules.
Independent help and support
Live chat can help you set limits and time-outs, but if gambling is causing you problems, these free independent services can help:

| BeGambleAware | Information, self-assessment and treatment directory | begambleaware.org |
| Gordon Moody | Residential and online treatment programmes | gordonmoody.org.uk |
| Gamblers Anonymous UK | Peer support meetings across the UK | gamblersanonymous.org.uk |
| NHS National Problem Gambling Clinic | Specialist NHS treatment | Via your GP or self-referral |
| Gamban / BetBlocker | Software that blocks gambling sites on your devices | Download from their websites |

Our responsible gambling guide explains SpinBob’s own tools: deposit and loss limits, reality checks, time-outs from 24 hours to 6 weeks and self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years.

Quick answers
Does SpinBob have a phone number?

SpinBob support for UK players runs through 24/7 live chat and the Help Centre contact form rather than a phone line. Live chat is the quickest way to reach a person.
How quickly does SpinBob reply to emails?
+
Tickets sent through the Help Centre contact form usually get a reply within 24 hours. Document reviews for verification typically take 24 to 48 hours.
How do I complain about SpinBob?
+
Raise a complaint through live chat or the Help Centre form and ask for it to be logged formally. SpinBob must give a final response within 8 weeks; if you're still unhappy, you can take it to IBAS free of charge.
Is live chat available at night?
+
Yes. Live chat runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on the desktop site and the mobile site.
Can support lift my self-exclusion?
+
No. Self-exclusions run for their full term and support can't end them early. GAMSTOP exclusions are managed by GAMSTOP, not by SpinBob.
