How do I create a SpinBob account?

Tap Join on the site and enter your email, a password, your full name, date of birth, UK address and mobile number, then accept the terms and set a deposit limit. An automatic age and identity check runs in the background, and you finish by verifying your email. Why do I have to prove my age and identity before playing?

UK Gambling Commission rules require every operator to verify age and identity before anyone plays, including free-play demos. Most players pass the electronic check instantly. I’ve forgotten my password. What now?

Why is my account locked?

Five failed login attempts lock the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait it out, then sign in carefully or reset your password rather than guessing again. Should I turn on two-step verification?

Yes. Two-step verification with an SMS code or an authenticator app means a stolen password alone can’t open your account. Switch it on in Account → Security. If you change phones, move it to the new device before you wipe the old one.

Can I log in from abroad or with a VPN?

UK accounts are for players in Great Britain. Logging in from outside the UK, or through a VPN, can trigger a security restriction on the account. Switch the VPN off and sign in from within GB; if you’re locked out after travelling, live chat can review it.

What is the SpinBob welcome bonus?

How does the 10x wagering work?

Wagering is 10x the bonus amount only, not deposit plus bonus. A £100 deposit gives a £100 bonus, so you need £1,000 of qualifying stakes within 30 days. Slots count 100%, live casino and table games 10%, and some jackpot games 0%. Free-spin winnings carry their own 10x requirement, so £8 won from spins needs £80 in stakes.

Is there a crypto bonus for UK players?

No. Crypto deposits and withdrawals are not permitted on UK accounts. The UK equivalent is the Lantern E-Wallet Reload — 25% up to £100 every Wednesday when you deposit £20+ with PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut or Apple Pay. It carries 10x wagering and is valid for 7 days.

Which promotions have no wagering?

Can I cancel a bonus and keep my money?

Yes. You can forfeit an active bonus any time from the bonus section of your account. The bonus funds and anything won with them are removed, but your remaining real-money balance stays yours to withdraw. Real money is always played before bonus money, so a win on your deposit is safe. While any bonus is active, slot stakes are capped at £5 per spin, or £2 if you are aged 18–24.

Which payment methods can I use?

Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is £10, or £20 by bank transfer, and no fees are charged. Deposits are instant except bank transfer, which takes 1–2 working days.

Can I use a credit card?

No. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling in the UK. Use a UK debit card, or one of the e-wallet and open-banking options, in your own name. Payment methods registered to someone else will be declined.

How long do SpinBob withdrawals take?

Internal processing takes up to 24 hours. After approval, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Revolut pay within 12 hours, Rapid Transfer the same day, and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer in 1–3 working days. Why is my first withdrawal taking longer?

First withdrawals often wait on verification. If your photo ID, proof of address or proof of payment hasn’t been approved yet, the withdrawal stays pending until it is. Upload documents early in Account → Verification and you’ll avoid most of the wait.

What are the withdrawal limits?

The minimum is £10 and the maximum is £5,000 per day and £25,000 per month, with higher limits for Pearl Society Sapphire and Abyss members. Once requested, a withdrawal can’t be reversed back into play. That rule protects you from the temptation to cancel a cash-out mid-session.

My withdrawal is stuck. What should I check?
