How SpinBob login works
The SpinBob login is a simple email-and-password sign-in, with optional two-step verification on top. There is no username: you sign in with the email address you registered with. If you haven’t created an account yet, start with our SpinBob registration guide.
| Login detail | How it works |
|---|---|
| Sign-in ID | The email address you registered with |
| Password | Set at registration; case-sensitive |
| Two-step verification | Optional: SMS code or authenticator app |
| Password reset link | Sent by email, valid for 60 minutes |
| Failed attempts | 5 failed attempts locks the account for 30 minutes |
| Where you can log in | Great Britain only; VPN use can trigger a restriction |
Logging in on desktop
- Open the site in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Type the address yourself or use a saved bookmark rather than clicking a link in an email.
- Click Log in in the top-right corner of the lobby.
- Enter the email address you signed up with and your password.
- If two-step verification is on, enter the six-digit code from your SMS or authenticator app.
- You land in the lobby with your balance, active bonuses and any safer-gambling reminders shown in the header.
Tick “remember me” only on a private computer. On a shared or work machine, leave it unticked and log out when you finish.
Logging in on mobile

There is no App Store app. The mobile site runs in your browser on iPhone and Android and can be installed to your home screen as a web app.
- Open Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and go to the SpinBob site.
- Tap the menu icon, then Log in.
- Enter your email and password. Your phone’s password manager can fill these in securely.
- Enter your two-step code if prompted. With SMS codes, iOS and Android usually offer to autofill it.
- To install the web app, tap Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or the three-dot menu → Install app on Android.
The home-screen icon keeps you signed in for the session, just like a browser tab. Our SpinBob mobile and games guide covers what plays well on a phone.
Two-step verification
Two-step verification (2SV) means a stolen password alone can’t open your account. Two methods are supported:
- SMS code: a six-digit code sent to the mobile number on your account each time you log in from a new device.
- Authenticator app: a rotating code from Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or a similar app. Stronger than SMS, and works without signal.
To switch it on, go to Account → Security, choose your method and follow the prompts. If you change phone, turn 2SV off and back on with the new device before wiping the old one. Lost access to your authenticator? Contact SpinBob support through live chat; they will verify your identity before resetting it.
Forgot your password?
- On the login screen, click Forgot password.
- Enter your registered email address and submit.
- Open the reset email. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
- Choose a new password you don’t use anywhere else, ideally 12+ characters.
- Log in with the new password. Any other signed-in devices may be logged out.
No email after a few minutes? Check spam and promotions folders, make sure you typed the address you registered with, and request only one link at a time, because each new request cancels the previous link.
Locked out after 5 attempts
Five failed login attempts lock a SpinBob account for 30 minutes. This protects you from someone guessing their way in. During the lock, further attempts won’t work, even with the right password.
- Wait out the 30 minutes, then try once more carefully.
- If you’re unsure of the password, use Forgot password rather than guessing again.
- If the account is still locked after 30 minutes, or you see a different message such as “account restricted”, the issue is something other than the password. Our login problems guide and account blocked guide cover KYC, GAMSTOP and security restrictions.
ℹ️ Self-exclusion looks like a login block
If you have self-excluded or registered with GAMSTOP, you won’t be able to log in until the exclusion ends. That is by design, and support can’t override it.
Staying safe
Spotting phishing
Fake login pages and emails are the commonest way accounts get taken over. Our rules of thumb:
- Type the SpinBob address yourself or use a bookmark. Don’t log in from links in emails or texts.
- Check the address bar for misspellings before entering your password.
- SpinBob support will never ask for your password or full card number in live chat or by email.
- Be wary of messages promising a bonus “if you confirm your login”. Genuine promotions appear in your account, not in a form.
Shared devices
- Don’t let your browser save your password on a shared computer or tablet.
- Always log out when you finish, and close the browser.
- Never share your login with family or friends. Accounts are personal, and letting someone else play breaks the terms.
Strong account habits
- Use a unique password stored in a password manager.
- Turn on two-step verification.
- Keep the email account linked to your login secure too, because anyone with your email can reset your password.

Quick answers
Why is my SpinBob account locked after failed logins?
+
After 5 failed login attempts the account is locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait for the lock to expire, then sign in with the correct details or use Forgot password to set a new one.
How long does the password reset link last?
+
The reset link sent by email is valid for 60 minutes. If it expires, request a new one from the login screen and use the most recent email only.
Is there an app to log in with?
+
There is no App Store app. The site runs in your mobile browser on iOS and Android, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Can I log in to SpinBob from abroad?
+
SpinBob UK is for players in Great Britain. Logging in from outside the UK, or through a VPN, can trigger a security restriction on the account.
Is two-step verification available?
+
Yes. You can switch on two-step verification using an SMS code or an authenticator app. It is optional, but our guide recommends it for every account.
